Cayden

Cayden’s journey began when he was just 11 months old. As an infant, Cayden was a happy and alert baby. As time progressed, he began to lose those milestones.

After a trip to the emergency room, his family learned that the mass in Cayden’s head was a tumor called ATRT. Cayden successfully had his tumor removed and began the fight of his life. After nearly four years of chemotherapy and radiation, it seemed the closer he got to the finish line, the more obstacles he had to overcome. During this process, he lost his hearing, but he went on to remain cancer-free from 2012 until February 2026.

Cayden lived a life full of joy, determination, and incredible achievements. He had just graduated high school and held bright dreams of attending college. He loved hanging out with his friends and family, cooking, and traveling.

His impact on his community was profound. Cayden was voted to his junior homecoming court and spent his time giving back, volunteering as a teen camp counselor for the City of Pinellas Park, helping families learn American Sign Language (ASL), and proudly earning his learner's permit.

On Monday June 29th, 2026, Cayden gained his angel wings. His resilient spirit, bright smile, and the deep love he shared with everyone around him will never be forgotten.
